About the Department

The Department of Computer Applications was established in the year 1998 with all the facilities and teaching staff. The department was headed by Mr. Sathyanarayanan and by Mr. R.T. Ashok Kumar till 2006. Then the department has been headed by Dr. P.S.S. Akilashri from 2007 till 2021. The department is head by Dr. M. Anusha from 2022 onwards.

Our curriculum focus on promoting the fundamental principles of computer science and its applications, with a structured knowledge on the theoretical with hands on training. Through internships and projects, students are trained to enhance their skills and prepare them for the real-time challenges of the IT industry.We ensure that the Syllabus helps our students to succeed in competitive and professional field.
